Andrew joined SEP in 2009 and is the firm’s General Counsel. He is responsible for all SEP’s legal and compliance matters, including relationships with external counsel. He provides legal and strategic input into SEP’s investments and portfolio company exits as well as dealing with regulatory, corporate compliance and governance matters.

Prior to joining SEP, Andrew was a lawyer with Maclay Murray & Spens. He has an LLB (Honours) degree in Private Law from the University of Glasgow.
