Rachael joined SEP in 2014 and is responsible for all aspects of human resource management including recruitment, performance management, remuneration policy, and learning and development.

She holds a BA in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Staffordshire and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
