Tony is a partner and member of SEP’s Investment Committee. He plays a lead role across the firm on portfolio development and deal support.

Tony is non-executive director of financial services regulatory compliance software provider FundApps, and of online car finance provider Zuto. He also works closely with the senior management team at API management platform Tyk.

He played key roles in the recent realisations of global payroll solutions provider Immedis, which was acquired by UKG in 2023; and international digital commerce solutions agency, Tryzens which was acquired in a private equity-led management buyout.

Tony has over 25 years’ experience in financial and commercial roles having held senior management and board positions with high growth companies. He has significant fundraising and M&A experience and has worked with numerous entrepreneurs in dynamic environments.

He is a graduate of Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh (BA in Accountancy and Finance) and a Chartered Accountant (ICAS).
