Paul Neeson

Paul focuses on portfolio management and deal support.

Paul joined SEP in 2013 and focuses on portfolio management and deal support, with a particular focus on due diligence, portfolio value enhancement, and investment realisations.

Paul works closely with many of SEP’s portfolio companies. He is currently a board observer at IoT connectivity management platform Pelion and B2B travel software business Dohop.

Recent realisations include provider of cloud software to the legal sector, Peppermint Technology which was acquired by technology solutions leader Litera; international digital commerce solutions agency, Tryzens which was acquired in a private equity-led management buyout in 2023; full-service data feed management software provider, Intelligent Reach and cloud enabled document collaboration software company, Workshare.

Paul joined SEP from Caird Capital, a UK mid-market private equity firm, and prior to that worked in the Integrated, Structured and Acquisition Finance division at Lloyds Banking Group.

He is a graduate of the University of Glasgow and holds a BA (Hons) in Accountancy and Law.
