Sarah leads our non-investment functions and is responsible for ensuring operational excellence across the firm.

Sarah previously led the private equity audit team at KPMG in London. She then joined SEP, before moving to the Scottish National Investment Bank as its Chief Financial Officer and then interim Chief Executive Officer, where she played a key role building the Bank and delivering its strategic objectives. She rejoined SEP as Chief Operating Officer in 2024.

Sarah is a Chartered Accountant, and has a first class honours degree in accounting and finance from Birmingham University.
