Taylor Rampton

Taylor focuses on identifying, executing and managing technology investments.

Taylor joined SEP in 2017 and is based in our London office. He focuses on identifying, executing and managing technology investments. His areas of interest include vertical software companies selling into the financial services and life science sectors, as well as large enterprise, mission critical horizontal software companies.

He was a key member of the deal teams leading SEP’s investments into accounts payable automation provider Springtime, drug discovery and design software vendor Cresset, regulatory and financial data management software specialist AutoRek, and API management platform Tyk. He was also heavily involved in progressing SEP’s investments in scientific informatics software company Dotmatics (acquired by Insightful Science) and global payroll software provider Immedis (acquired by UKG).

Taylor joined SEP from BlackRock Private Equity Partners. He is a graduate of the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and holds a BSc (Hons) in Accounting & Finance.
